The Guangzhou Maritime Museum is located in Miaotou Community, Suidong Street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. The collection of cultural relics mainly consists of a large number of exquisite porcelain pieces, including about 100 pieces of Xicun kiln porcelain. Among them, the "Zhihe Year" brown inscription plate is the only Xicun kiln porcelain in China with inscriptions. Other precious items include the epitaph of Fang Shenyan, the naval governor of the Song Dynasty, the Southern Song Dynasty's anchor stone, and the South China Sea's fragrant medicinal herbs.

The China Railway Museum is the only national level professional museum of railways. Its predecessor was the Science and Technology Museum of the Ministry of Railways, established in 1978 and renamed the China Railway Museum in 2003. The Zhongshan Museum was established on September 28, 1984, and is located at 197 Sunwen Middle Road, Shiqi Street. The new building was completed and opened to the public on May 18, 2022. The total area of the building is 17426 square meters, with a total construction area of 24832 square meters. The museum area preserves two immovable cultural relics: the former site of Qiaoli Zhongshan Public Hospital, a cultural relic protection unit of Zhongshan City, the former site of the 139th Guesthouse of the Zhongshan County Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the former residence of Zheng Zaoru. The overall layout adopts a garden style, and the old and new buildings coexist harmoniously with the garden, integrating into one.

The Guangdong Museum of Art is a cultural institution planned and constructed according to modern multifunctional goals. It is a non-profit organization that serves society and social development, and is open to the public. It was completed and opened on November 28, 1997. Since June 29, 2011, it has been open to the public for free and was named one of the first national key art museums in the same year. The total construction area is 22000 square meters, with a total of 12 exhibition halls, an exhibition area of 8000 square meters, and an outdoor sculpture exhibition area of 5000 square meters. Its overall design and layout reflect the unity with the functional nature of the art museum.

The Hainan Provincial Museum is a comprehensive modern museum located at 76 Guoxing Avenue, Haikou City, Hainan Province. In 2012, it was declared a national first-class museum. Its predecessor was the Hainan Museum, which began construction in 1984. In 1990, the Hainan Provincial Government officially approved the establishment of the "Hainan Provincial Museum". In 1996, the Hainan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology was listed, and the two offices were co located.

The Lai Shaoqi Art Museum in Luhe County is located north of Yuexi Cultural Square on the west bank of Luohe River in Luhe County, covering an area of 14600 square meters and a building area of 12300 square meters. The Shanghai Museum is a large museum of ancient Chinese art, with a focus on collecting, researching, exhibiting, and educating on ancient Chinese artworks. The museum has a collection of nearly 1.02 million cultural relics, including over 140000 precious cultural relics.
